Mr. Moti Sorek
Mordechay (Moti) Sorek is an attorney and the principal litigator at Sanford T. Colb & Co. He has experience in IP litigation and enforcement, including copyrights, trademarks and patents, as well as IP related commercial disputes.
Moti holds both an LL.B and an LL.M from Bar Ilan University, graduating magna cum laude. In the course of his studies, he won the Martin J. Adelman Competition for the Outstanding Essay in Patent Law.
Moti also holds an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, where he was awarded the Louis Henkin Award for Academic Achievement and Superior Scholarship in the LLM program, the highest honor awarded to an LL.M student.
Moti has retained his connection to academia, and has served as a teaching assistant in several academic institutions including Bar-Ilan University, Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center. He has also taken part in teaching courses including Introduction to Intellectual Property Law, Trademark Law, Torts Law, and Intellectual Property and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
